About This Project

GPMG provided Owner's Project Manager (OPM) services for the greenfield development of a 120-acre advanced manufacturing facility in Louisiana. The project included civil works, structural steel, process equipment installation, utilities, and commissioning of complex production systems.

The Challenge

Coordinating design, procurement and construction simultaneously under a fast-track delivery model, while managing supply chain disruptions during the post-COVID recovery period, required exceptional coordination and procurement expertise.

Our Solution

GPMG implemented an integrated EPCM delivery model, established long-lead procurement strategies 18 months in advance, and worked closely with the design team to support value engineering that reduced the overall project cost by 8%.
