GPMG provided end-to-end program management for a 200+ mile high-voltage transmission upgrade project across Texas. The program involved multiple simultaneous work packages, complex stakeholder coordination with landowners, regulators and government agencies, and the management of over 40 contractors and subcontractors.
The project required careful coordination across multiple counties, navigating complex easement and right-of-way negotiations, while maintaining grid reliability throughout construction. Extreme weather events presented additional schedule and safety challenges.
GPMG established a dedicated Program Management Office (PMO), implemented an integrated scheduling system, and deployed experienced field managers across all active work fronts. Weekly executive reporting and real-time dashboards gave the client full visibility of program status.
